What Is A2P 10DLC?
A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) is a carrier-regulated system that ensures businesses send legitimate SMS messages.
If you send marketing or automated messages using TPS, you must register your business.
Failure to register may result in blocked messages or fines.

Business Profile Settings (Before You Begin)
Before registering, ensure your business details are accurate in TPS
Go to Settings → Business Profile
Update your legal business name & EIN (if applicable)
Ensure your business address & contact details match your tax records
How to Register for A2P 10DLC
Step 1: Start the Registration Process
Log into TravelPro Suite
Navigate to SMS & Phone Settings → A2P 10DLC Registration
Click “Start Registration”
Step 2: Complete the 8-Step Wizard
Follow the on-screen prompts to enter:
Business Information
Use Case (Marketing, Notifications, Customer Service, etc.)
Messaging Sample Templates
Enroll in the Compliance Course
Sole Proprietorship Registration (If You Don’t Have an EIN)
If you’re a sole proprietor, you can still register for A2P 10DLC, but you’ll need
A valid business website or social media profile
A consistent sender identity (no frequent phone number changes)
A compliant SMS opt-in process
What Happens After Registration?
Your A2P 10DLC application will be reviewed (usually within 1-2 weeks)
You’ll receive a confirmation email when approved
Your messaging will be fully compliant, avoiding carrier blocks & restrictions

To avoid flagged messages or delivery issues, follow these rules
Only message users who have explicitly opted in
