How to Get Support Inside TravelPro Suite™

If you’re using TravelPro Suite™ and find yourself stuck, unsure, or needing a little guidance — good news: support is built right into your system.

Whether you’re trying to fix a broken automation, can’t find where something lives, or just need help connecting a tool — our team is ready to assist 24/7.

Here’s how to get help anytime you need it.

Step 1: Open the Help Button

  • Log into your TravelPro Suite™ account.

  • Look in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard.

  • You’ll see a small black button labeled Help.

  • Click that button to open your support panel.

Step 2: Ask Your Question

Start by typing your question — for example:

  • “How do I upload contacts?”

  • “Where do I update my email templates?”

  • “How do I connect my Stripe account?”

Our smart help assistant will try to find the best matching article from our knowledge base and give you a direct answer on the spot.

If you get the answer you need — you’re done.

Step 3: Live Chat or Leave a Message

If your question isn’t answered, click the Get in Touch button.

From there, you can:

  • Start a Live Chat with one of our support agents

  • Or Leave a Message, which creates a support ticket

Live chat is the fastest way to get help for quick questions, walk-throughs, or clarifications.

If you’re working outside business hours, you can still leave a message and we’ll follow up via email.

What Kind of Help Can I Get?

Our support team can help you:

  • Navigate your dashboard

  • Understand workflows and automations

  • Set up your calendar, payments, or email

  • Troubleshoot issues inside your account

If there’s a problem we can’t solve right away — like a broken workflow, missing invoice template, or custom setup issue — we’ll escalate it to advanced support or bring in our internal team.
