Overview:

The Paid Travel Request Funnel is a streamlined request and payment process designed for travel advisors who want to skip the discovery call and charge upfront for research and planning.

This feature is ideal when:

• You already know the client or their preferences

• You’ve pre-qualified the lead through DMs, referrals, or a group interest form

• You want to collect a design fee or service payment upfront before doing research

What Happens in the System:

1. Client submits the Paid Travel Request Form
   Includes trip request details + payment (via embedded order form or invoice)

2. Automated System Actions:

   • Confirmation email is sent to the client

   • Notification email is sent to you (the advisor)

   • A new opportunity is added to your Travel Request Pipeline

   • The contact is dropped directly into Stage 3.0 – Research & Design

3. No additional automations are triggered.
   This is a simplified flow — you will manually manage the project from this stage forward.

Important Notes:

• This funnel bypasses stages like “Inquiry Submitted” and “Booked Discovery”

• You must manually track your follow-up and proposal delivery

• Great for use with repeat clients or those who have already paid elsewhere (e.g., through Stripe links or group trip forms)

How to Access or Customize:

This funnel is already included in your TravelPro Suite™ snapshot.

To access:

1. Go to Funnels > Paid Travel Request

2. Edit the New Survey | Travel Request Long w/ Payment and Add your Design Fee Product  to the survey payment options. Test the submission and confirm payment is processed

3. Track the opportunity under Travel Request Pipeline → Stage 3.0
